Peterborough Physiotherapy Clinic
The Peterborough physiotherapy clinic is located at Enterprise House on Papyrus Road in Werrington, near to the BMW and Audi garages. The clinic was formerly based in Bannatyne Health Club until it relocated across the road to its new location. With onsite car parking, CCTV, air conditioning, large waiting area, six treatment rooms and a Pilates studio- the facilities are the best in Peterborough.
Book your physio appointment today and you’ll receive an email confirming the time, location and physiotherapist assigned to you. Once you arrive at the clinic, your physiotherapist will answer any questions you may have before the treatment starts.
The consultation follows the Total Health approach. We use a detailed digital case history, physical assessment, examination of your injury and biomechanics. A bespoke treatment plan is created and explained to you. This again follows the Total Health Clinics Short, Stiff, Weak program.
Short- the contracted and shortened muscle fibres are stretched using physiotherapy massage.
Stiff- The joint restrictions are improved using mobilisation and manipulation techniques.
Weak- Exercise is prescribed to improve the condition further, but more importantly, help prevent future injuries reoccurring.
You will be given your detailed Summary Assessment Form to take away with you. This will explain what your injury is, why your injury occurred and what needs to be done to achieve a full recovery.
Open six days per week from 09:00-19:00, ample free onsite parking and full disabled access.
