I have found Total Health Clinics Cambridge to be an important part of my recovery following a RTC. Darren has been very pleasant and professional. He has always explained why I have the issues I am experiencing. Darren has also given me exercises to do in between each session which have been beneficial. I would definitely recommend

When I phoned I was given an appointment the next day, and seen on time. Darren was most professional and thorough, understanding the issues with my left leg and the implications for my mobility and posture in general. I appreciated the comprehensive report for my surgery, especially the NHS physio there, advising an early review of my case.

So far so good with Sam. He has excellent knowledge about my pain and he has helped me understand it. Now is the time for the 6 appointments to finally say goodbye to this shoulder pain. Thanks Sam

Great experience with Total Health Clinics. On time appointments, all health problems are directly explained verbally and if need it using pictures. Very good price for the care is giving.

I hurt my back which stopped me from walking upright and even getting in the car. After just 2 meetings with Cai I was pain free and able to return to the gym. He provided advice on avoiding an occurrence happening again. I would thoroughly recommend his services.

I decided to pay privately to see a professional for my lower back pain after suffering for almost a year, the NHS waiting lists were long an all the while my life and mobility have been compromised due to this injury. I booked in to Total Heath Care and met with Cai Oram. Cai has been brilliant , he has listened and understands the impact this has had on my life. I’ve seen Cai multiple times now and with his knowledge, guidance and expertise I can really feel the difference. I wish I’d booked in with him sooner.

I’ve been using Total Health since they first opened. I’ve always seen Ben at Peterborough/Spalding and he’s always managed to get by back sorted 👍 My wife also sees Steve Miller in Spalding who successfully sorts her Si joint.

Only two sessions into a five session treatment at the moment for a back problem but pleased with attention to detail at the clinic and explanations given to procedures being carried out

Ive used Total Health for many years for a few problems from heavy work, neck back and various tendinitis problems. Ben and the team are very professional and I particularly like the straight talking honest approach, this company doesn't string you along and try to relieve you of your money..they give sound advice and I believe their standard of care and knowledge is second to none. Keep up the good work and hopefully you continue to be my number one go to for all things that stop me from doing the things I enjoy😊 Thank you Total Health 👍

I have seen Neil over the last few weeks to try and resolve an issue with my balance and walking. He makes you feel so comfortable, relaxed and is very friendly and professional. Rang for an assessment apt and was offered one for the following day . Seen on time by John and after an assessment was diagnosed . Several exercises recommended with use of an ap.This makes it easy to follow and record progress. Follow up apt in 2 weeks

All the staff I’ve seen or spoken to have been so friendly and helpful unlike anywhere else I’ve been or been sent to for help. Also Steve Miller actually knows what he’s talking about and has helped me immensely. I was in so much pain and had been for a week but a day after the first visit my pain eased slightly

Stephen Moesbauer has helped me cope with knee pain for a while, His is now my chosen physiotherapist for my rehab following my right TKR and will see me through the left knee too. He has advised and reassured me about what exercises I should do. I have every confidence that he will guide me firmly and successfully to being able to get back to enjoying an active life again. Here we are a year on from the left knee replacement… Stephen has been a wonderful support all along for both knee replacements and I am far more active now than I have been able to be for years. Thank you Stephen!

My first session was such a relief as had not experienced a good feel elsewhere. Light airy, cool surroundings away from the outside heat of summer. Fantastic service, I go to John Rothery and he is brilliant, so much theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge of what he does, my back was in bits before he started helping and it feels so much better after only a few visits, would highly recommend.

I have been receiving treatment from David since before my surgery. He consistently provides the most appropriate treatment for my condition at each stage of recovery, which has greatly helped to alleviate my pain. In addition, his guidance on strengthening and rebuilding muscle has always been insightful and effective. I am truly grateful for his expertise, encouragement, and ongoing support throughout my rehabilitation journey.

David has a great approach. Informative and knowledgeable and works towards returning you to previous fitness. Explains follow up exercises clearly. I would really recommend.

Ended up here due to a whiplash injury.. I have another underlying health condition (EDS) and my physiotherapist: David Sargeant has brilliant knowledge of this so is managing to treat the whiplash with this in mind. Highly recommend! Will return after treatment for help with EDS 🙂

Dave has been able to sort out my issue. I had progress after each session. Really good acupuncture, hit the spot and did make a difference to the speed of recovery. I've now been back to running for a few weeks now. Dave was great and gave sound advice throughout.
