Darren was most professional and thorough, understanding the issues with my left leg and the implications for my mobility and posture in general. Friendly, helpful and like the exercise app. Went through insurance and completing questionnaires for insurance companies does detract from actual physio time but this would not happen if went outside of insurance.

My experience with physiotherapy had changed since I attended the sessions with Darren! I had shoulder impingements, he checked my CT scan and instructed me the appropriate, easy to do exercises. It took a long time but now I am pain-free! Darren, thank you so much for your everything!

I had physio with Darren for a knee injury I sustained last summer. The consultant I had seen had given a fairly bleak forecast of my prospects of enjoying sport in the future; but Darren had a much more positive approach, which was enormously appreciated. He showed me various exercises that have demonstrably improved my strength and stability in that knee, to the extent that it is now stronger than my other knee! He also explained some of the science behind it so that I could understand what I might be capable of in the future and how certain activities and exercises can help. Highly recommended.

Lewis has been helping me with a shoulder problem and movement is improving. He is very knowledgeable, pleasant and as keen as myself to see the end of my pain. Highly recommended. July 2026 Still occasionally dropping in to see the good folk at Total Health. Lewis has been a brilliant help with my lower back problem and I now only visit for a tuneup, usually before an intense golf weekend. A really friendly and helpful practice, that has helped me over the last few years.

I have been treated by John for bursitis in my shoulder. On my first visit he did a through consultation and decided a steroid injection was required. John has a calm and friendly manner and was very gentle and reassuring administering the injection. I have since been twice for a follow up and manipulation of the shoulder. John has a knack of using distraction techniques to enable me to relax. I have seen a significant improvement in both mobility and pain assisted by the exercises recommended to do between visits. I would highly recommend John and indeed the staff on reception who are very friendly and welcoming.

Thorough assessment and listening. Marvellous massage which really tackles the problem. Followed up with targeted exercises to do at home. I can’t fault my experience so far.

Steve Miller is excellent at explaining the intricacies of the problems and the procedures he will follow to diagnose and treat.

I was able to book an appointment very quickly and was seen a couple of days after about an ingrowing toenail. David was able to do a small procedure which has now began to heal very well. It was done quickly and efficiently

When I first went to see Ben I could hardly stand up straight, he gave me confidence that he could sort me out and for the past 16 years the problem hasn't returned. I visit every 6/8 weeks for massage and manipulation. It really is a first class practice and for anyone with a back problem it's the place to go

Nice building air conditioning lovely in public area on hottest day ever in June unfortunately not in treatment room. Despite the heat David was coping very well with the fan offering some relief. Stephen Moesbauer has helped me cope with knee pain for a while, His is now my chosen physiotherapist for my rehab following my right TKR and will see me through the left knee too. He has advised and reassured me about what exercises I should do. I have every confidence that he will guide me firmly and successfully to being able to get back to enjoying an active life again. Here we are a year on from the left knee replacement… Stephen has been a wonderful support all along for both knee replacements and I am far more active now than I have been able to be for years. My first session was such a relief as had not experienced a good feel elsewhere. Light airy, cool surroundings away from the outside heat of summer. Fantastic service, I go to John Rothery and he is brilliant, so much theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge of what he does, my back was in bits before he started helping and it feels so much better after only a few visits, would highly recommend.

I have been receiving treatment from David since before my surgery. He consistently provides the most appropriate treatment for my condition at each stage of recovery, which has greatly helped to alleviate my pain. In addition, his guidance on strengthening and rebuilding muscle has always been insightful and effective. I am truly grateful for his expertise, encouragement, and ongoing support throughout my rehabilitation journey.

David has a great approach. Informative and knowledgeable and works towards returning you to previous fitness. Explains follow up exercises clearly. I would really recommend.

Ended up here due to a whiplash injury.. I have another underlying health condition (EDS) and my physiotherapist: David Sargeant has brilliant knowledge of this so is managing to treat the whiplash with this in mind. Highly recommend! Will return after treatment for help with EDS 🙂

Dave has been able to sort out my issue. I had progress after each session. Really good acupuncture, hit the spot and did make a difference to the speed of recovery. I've now been back to running for a few weeks now. Dave was great and gave sound advice throughout.

I have had issues with my shoulder and arm for over three months and after seeing Lokesh for a few physio sessions I am seeing a great improvement in movement of my arm and the pain has reduced greatly, very pleased with the professional and friendly physio I am receiving.
