Kings Lynn Physiotherapy & Sports Massage Clinic

The Kings Lynn Physiotherapy Clinic is part of the Total Health Clinics group practice. Specialising in providing physiotherapy, sports injury and massage. Our unique approach developed since 2000 focuses on Why your injury has occured, not just What your injury is! This common mistake is the reason that many people have repeated attacks of the SAME injury.

We now perform over 20,000 appointments annually and this is a sign of the reputation our clinics have with the local community of Kings Lynn.

Free Initial Physiotherapy Consultations

The confidence in our ability to help you recover from your injury is promoted via our unique offer of Free Initial Consultations. We are the only local clinic to offer the ability for you to visit a highly qualified, Chartered Physiotherapist registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the HCPC for Free! The physiotherapist will assess, examine and answer all questions you may have about your condition without cost. They will provide you with a clear and detailed treatment plan that will only incur cost if you choose to go ahead with treatment.

Physio Location

The Kings Lynn Physiotherapy clinic is located in the centre of Kings Lynn at Bishops Lynn House, 18 Tuesday Market Place. With parking just across the road, our light and airy treatment room is the perfect setting for your physiotherapy appointment.

Physiotherapy Process

When you book your first physiotherapy or sports massage appointment you will receive an email confirming the time. Location and therapist assigned to you. The helpful receptionists will direct you to the treatment room where your physiotherapist will be on hand to answer any questions you have. All treatments at Total Health Clinics follow the Short, Stiff, Weak model of injury treatment.

Stage 1- Short- The contracted muscle fibres will be stretched using physiotherapy and sports massage techniques.

Stage 2- Stiff joints will be improved by using mobilisation and occasionally manipulation techniques.

Stage 3- Injury specific exercise programs are prescribed to aid full recovery and prevent further bouts of injury.

After seeing a different physio for a bad back problem and having no success I decided to find a new physio. After my first treatment with Stephen Pringle I noticed a huge difference. After a few treatments I no longer needed the painkillers that I was taking daily. My back improves after every treatment with Stephen and I am very happy with the results.

I had treatment here for back and neck pain after a minor car accident. The therapy was well explained and I felt well informed throughout the treatment, recovered quickly. The therapist was very polite and was never running late. An all round plesent experience which I would recommend to friends and family if they were suffering from similar conditions.

I have had neck pain for about 5 years and finally thought I needed to get my pain sorted. I have been going to Stephen Pringle at total health clinics for a few months about my neck and my pain level has gone from 10 to 2, which I am very impressed with. Thank you Stephen

After whiplash following a traffic accident I received a course neck massages which helped ease the muscular tension and allow ease of movement to the neck and shoulders.
Staff very good friendly, would recommend to anyone in a similar situation using the service.
